Overview:
A local authority, based in Flintshire requires a skilled Administrator to support the Manager with secretarial duties including dictation. Excellent IT skills, written and verbal skills are essential. Also providing an efficient, flexible, and effective administrative and clerical support service and when required provide administrative support to the rest of the team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Previous experience in an administrative post
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent Typing skills
* Good IT skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
* Experience of working with databases
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Able to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
* Good team working skills

Office Angels are currently looking for a highly experienced and professional PA to work at a company based in Hemel Hempstead temporarily covering for the current PA whilst they are on annual leave.
This is a temporary role working from 15th April until the 3rd May 2011 working full time hours.
As the PA, you will be responsible for looking after 6 Directors, handling all PA duties such as:
Arranging itineraries
Travel arrangements
organising calendars
booking meetings
managing the emails
answering calls and taking messages
general ad hoc tasks
The right person for this role must have:
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fantastic organisation skills and time keeping.
Previous PA experience at a senior level.
